Just dancing.
And then repeat.
Life is a constant flow of rising and settling energy, one cycle repeating after the other. We constantly find ourselves in places we’ve been a thousand times before. Yet while everything’s the same again, everything is also so different every time. With regular meditation, this process, the series of small (or bigger) awakenings becomes deeper, sometimes faster, and definitely more spacious. Everything can be a meditation, and in this class, we specifically work on dissolving the walls between the meditation cushion and our life “out there”. Let’s see how we can take meditation to the marketplace.
Once you step on an Open Floor, you’ll have the time and space to look at your life curiously, patiently. Instead of learning to dance we will be dancing to learn. The exploration will be supported by the movement resources of the Open Floor Embodied Mindfulness Practice, panoramic soundscapes, and my gentle yet strong presence. No previous experience needed, just come as you are, the Floor is Open.
