Come for an online dance meditation on these five evenings (or mornings or other times of the day if you are in a different time zone) until the end of this year!

I haven't offered online classes since July because I had the luck of being able to travel and teach in person. Now there is an opportunity for us to reconnect online through dance, meditation, and sharing.

• €10 / €15 / €20+ (reduced / regular / supportive)

• be prepared for a great playlist and some deep fun
• you'll need Zoom, preferably a computer / laptop, and some speakers in order to have a good music experience
